【顏色】 黑色 腸內老舊廢物的腐敗所引起，或者是消化器官有出血情況。 紅色 大腸或肛門可能有出血情形。 咖啡色 攝取過多肉類等蛋白質食物。 黃色/黃褐色 如果形狀跟量都正常，表示腸內的好菌很多，是理想的腸內環境。 綠色 可能受藥物或食品影響，只要亮跟形狀還正常，就不必擔心。 灰白色 可能是因肝臟、胰臟、膽囊等毛病而引起的消化不良。喝胃部檢查時使用的顯影劑也會出現這種顏色。

【形狀】 水樣狀 含90%以上水分的腹瀉狀態，顏色除黃色及咖啡色之外的都須注意，特別是紅色糞便時，請立即就醫。 泥狀 水分90%左右的腹瀉，跟水樣糞便一樣，要注意顏色。 霜淇淋狀 含80%的水分，只要顏色及氣味沒有異常，應屬健康。 香蕉狀 70%的水分，有點軟，只要稍微出力就可以排泄出。 塊狀 含水分60%以下，如兔子糞便，有點便秘的情形。如顏色跟氣味異常，則可能是生病了。

【氣味】 強烈臭味 具刺激性的惡臭，是壞菌大量繁殖的證據。但吃大蒜等氣味較重的蔬菜，也可能有強烈氣味的產生。 還能接受 只要是自己可以忍受的程度，就表示腸內環境還算良好。

【量】 少於1條且少於100g 膳食纖維攝取太少，所以沒有足夠的食物殘渣可以排出。 約2條且在200g左右 剛好的量 2-3條且在100-300g間 攝取足夠的膳食纖維，非常的健康。但還是要注意顏色及形狀有無異常。

Malaysia will witness another historic moment today as it welcomes Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak as the sixth prime minister with a swearing-in ceremony at Istana Negara.

Najib, 55, who takes over the premiership from Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, will take his oath of office before the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin, in a high-key ceremony.

With the passing of the baton, the scion of the second prime minister, the late Tun Abdul Razak Hussein, is set to carry on the legacies of his predecessors to spur the country to greater success amid the current economic uncertainties.

These also will be the nation record's as the first father and son who's took the oath as Prime Minister.

Just finished watch the HK's drama series "E.U." on Astro on Demand,
today was the final episodes on it, 2 episodes back to back..
I recommended u all must watch this drama, if not, u all will regretted
those had already watched about it, are u agreed with me??

Well, I can that, the gangster leader (Gong Sai Hao) finally get to jail again,
Sam jie been killed by Hau gor that thought she was a spy
Ah Man become police again, after his finished his spy job..
however, relationship between Yau Yau and were finally end,
as she don't want to stay in this sadness place ever again..

Pa Kieu aka Lee Sir & his wife, Ah Po;
both of them, already hired as team leader..
important, what happen with the Laughing,
eventhough we thought he already been killed..
want to know more, see for yourself...

E.U. was the third parts of the drama series,
after the PTS (2006) and PTU (2007)..
the main story was talking about these two guys,
Lee Pa Kieu and Jong Hao Man were knowing each other,
since police academy, then they went to the same in Top Squad Unit,
and more... battle between the good and bad..

Is the best Police Academy series I had saw on it,
why our nation polices can't compare with HK's polices..
if can, sure our nation is already in peace..

2day also the sad memorized day,
as de residents whose lived in Ulu Kelang, Selangor..

Cz 2day was de 15 anniversary's
of The Highland Towers Condominium collapse incident...
It was an apartment (building) collapse,
that occurred on Dec 11, 1993, around 1:30pm,
in Tmn Hillview, U.Kelang, Selangor.

This incident was shocked de ppl in country,
as tis was de 1st time landslide incident happen,
after de 50's Merdeka anniversary.

The collapse of one block caused the deaths of 48 people,
include Former DPM Tun Musa Hitam's wife n son,
and led to the complete evacuation of the other two blocks due to safety concerns.
The Highland Towers were three blocks of twelve-story apartments,
each block was respectively named Block 1, Block 2 and Block 3.

Block 1 collapsed when 10 continous days of rainfall led to a landslide,
after the retaining wall at the Tower's carpark failed.

Hope tat, de landslide case in Bkt Antarabangsa, Ulu Kelang,
was de last case of it, as we can't c more ppl who died on it,
jz because of de landslide..

People willing 2 spend money 2 buy houses,
are because wan 2 hv a rest n protect them from de wild animal,
bt they didn't hv 2 pay the risk abt tis incident..
Hopefully, de authority can think abt the public feeling..

Don't earn tis type of money, safety FIRST!!
