Angry and head on it...

1 thing that I very dislike in Tawau's life, was that like to CUT CUT CUT!!!
cut what?? Either cut power supply, water, or telephone lines...
Seriously, if this 3 items, they seldom to cut.. mean you are not live in Tawau..

The reason is simple, only 1 week,
they can able to cut power supply more than 4 days,
once minimum 3 hrs, at else 3 times per day.... HOW TO SURVIVE?!!!!

No telephone line, I don't mind as I can use USB Broadband to online,
No water, is imposible, as you know what my job.. right???
No current, NO WAY.. without it... can't do anything...

All because, of the silly SESB (Sabah Electric Sdn Bhd)
should ask them to sell it to TNB (Tenaga National Bhd)..
then, should be not a problem...
Sabah's friends, you should agree wit me right??
when everytime, it's shut down.. we called to the hotlines..
they always said that was cable problem.. %@#$#$%$)(*&^^

Always said got problem, but not going to fix..
I wonder where is all the citizen money that had

It normally cut down at 6pm.. that will be the busier time for the housewives,

糞便除了是營養被吸收的食物殘渣外，更混雜著體內各處所排出廢物及腸內細菌的屍體，同時也包括新陳代謝過程中，剝落的腸壁細胞。所以，從你的便便就可知道消化器官的狀態！

【顏色】 黑色 腸內老舊廢物的腐敗所引起，或者是消化器官有出血情況。 紅色 大腸或肛門可能有出血情形。 咖啡色 攝取過多肉類等蛋白質食物。 黃色/黃褐色 如果形狀跟量都正常，表示腸內的好菌很多，是理想的腸內環境。 綠色 可能受藥物或食品影響，只要亮跟形狀還正常，就不必擔心。 灰白色 可能是因肝臟、胰臟、膽囊等毛病而引起的消化不良。喝胃部檢查時使用的顯影劑也會出現這種顏色。

【形狀】 水樣狀 含90%以上水分的腹瀉狀態，顏色除黃色及咖啡色之外的都須注意，特別是紅色糞便時，請立即就醫。 泥狀 水分90%左右的腹瀉，跟水樣糞便一樣，要注意顏色。 霜淇淋狀 含80%的水分，只要顏色及氣味沒有異常，應屬健康。 香蕉狀 70%的水分，有點軟，只要稍微出力就可以排泄出。 塊狀 含水分60%以下，如兔子糞便，有點便秘的情形。如顏色跟氣味異常，則可能是生病了。

【氣味】 強烈臭味 具刺激性的惡臭，是壞菌大量繁殖的證據。但吃大蒜等氣味較重的蔬菜，也可能有強烈氣味的產生。 還能接受 只要是自己可以忍受的程度，就表示腸內環境還算良好。

【量】 少於1條且少於100g 膳食纖維攝取太少，所以沒有足夠的食物殘渣可以排出。 約2條且在200g左右 剛好的量 2-3條且在100-300g間 攝取足夠的膳食纖維，非常的健康。但還是要注意顏色及形狀有無異常。

Long time never upload the blog except those tagged...
because I totally ran out idea, by uploaded my progress report..
as every weekday, I did the same things, that will be WORKING....
nothing special, to report my working life...
not like in college life, can shopping here and there...
while in weekend, the only activities I can do is stay at home, SLEEPING...

Well, today I posted on it, mean got things want to share with you..
this evening, my dad brought us to test drive some of the import vehicles..
Toyota Harrier, Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, and Toyota Land Cruiser Cygnus..
you may think very weird why suddenly tested these vehicles...

Because he wanted to buy new vehicles AGAIN...
as he chose Toyota Land Cruiser Cygnus, coasted around RM300k...
but then, is a touch screen vehicles.. dunno how to describe that vehicles..
sure "pening kepala" when using it.. need time to learn on it..
important the sitting very comfortable...

Another thing...., my WQF3272 will sell out SOON... NO &!^&@^^#%!!!!
not sell to someone else, just it will be company vehicle...
only "married" just less than 2 years.. now have to force to"divorce"...

So, for "pampasan", my dad wanted me to choose this new vehicles...
either is Toyota Harrier or Toyota Land Cruiser Prado..
estimated around RM130k-RM200k.. I knew more GENG right..
but then, I already used to drive small car.. now wanted me to choose big size..
plus normally I already drove Toyota Hixus.. already "tak biasa"..
again drive big size.. How leh, choose which vehicles leh...

Malaysia Welcomes Sixth Prime Minister

Malaysia will witness another historic moment today as it welcomes Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak as the sixth prime minister with a swearing-in ceremony at Istana Negara.

Najib, 55, who takes over the premiership from Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, will take his oath of office before the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin, in a high-key ceremony.

With the passing of the baton, the scion of the second prime minister, the late Tun Abdul Razak Hussein, is set to carry on the legacies of his predecessors to spur the country to greater success amid the current economic uncertainties.

These also will be the nation record's as the first father and son who's took the oath as Prime Minister.

Wao.. so fast that I already met with April's friend,
that mean I worked more than 2 months.. Unbelievable, I can stayed so long..
well, as you all knew that, first day of April meant April Fool..
Had you been fool by someone, if you did, then, congratulated to you..

Luckily, no one tried to fool at me, meant I been saved for the day,
however, mother nature sure really "tried" to fool at me..

One of the 8'' inch piped been burst at the mountain hill at 3pm..
once digging out the mud by Case.. (monster truck)..
we founded out that the piped was just under the telekom's pipes lines,
no choice, had to use hands to dig as afraid kena the pipes..
If not, people complained no telephone & internet lines..

You knew la, mountain hill with just had single lane plus no street lights..
can imagined that area damm scary..
because we had to continue even though was 8pm..
no choice, I had to become "traffic man" with using torchlight as warning signer..
must controlled the traffic as that area really can be the racing mountain..
if "terlanggar".. aiyo.. can't imagined..

At last, finally they finished at 9pm, once arrived at home, no mood to eat dinner,
saw the foods, feel want to vomit.. after taking bath, I just had a class of milk..
then, rested a while watching tv.. later, straight away went to sleep..
that was my "April Fool" schedule..
not human but was mother nature "fool" at me..
